CBF provides assistance to entrepreneurs who are keen to embark on business interests for themselves. This includes applicants who are eager to expand pre-existing business ventures. Applications received are reviewed by an Executive Committee on a quarterly basis. The recommendations of the Executive Committee are made to the Committee of Management for final approval. Upon approval, a provisional sum is allocated based on the merits of the request.
